MR "B" OUR CARETAKER VISITED ROOMS 1, 2 AND 3

"Whoa! Is that you Mr Brundell?"

Mr Brundell is our Caretaker and a Bee Keeper.  He came to tell us all about bees.
We learnt that the Scientific name of a Bee Keeper is an Apiarist.
He looked very different in his bee suit.  We were all fascinated and were a great audience.
We asked some thoughtful questions too.

THANK YOU MR "B" we really appreciated you sharing your knowledge of bees with us.

Emma the lamb came to visit Room 1 today

Her fleece was soft and cuddly.
She waggled her tail while she was drinking her bottle.
She wore a pink tutu with a big flower on the back of it.
She sucked on our fingers.
Emma's eyelashes are long and white.
She was very excitable.

NEW ZEALAND SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA STRING QUARTET

We learnt that instruments can talk to each other and that if we listen carefully music can be happy, sad, angry, silly and tender.
It was a privilege to have these musicians come and share their talents with us.

Music can tell a story.
